The Monday Morning Meetings on Friday

Yes, you read the headline correctly. Every second Friday of the month we all get together as a whole company. The meetings are filled with "Wheel of Questions" to embarrass..uh...I mean, get to know our new employees, department updates, and team building games. It's something all of us look forward to every month!

Pre-Dilly's

On April 10th, 2009, Dillanos experienced the biggest moment of its' life....okay so not exactly thee biggest but for sure one of the best. The Dilly Awards featured an "Oscar Awards Show" type setting complete with red carpet, music, stylish attire, and so much more. Categories for the awards included things like the "Ten Point Buck Award" for talking the biggest game, "TMI Award" for those who showcase their lives over the Internet just a tad to often, "RTM Award" for those who everyday practice the "Right This Minute" way of life here, and "The Shaky Hand Award" which was presented to the one who always is seen with a cup of coffee in their hands.

We wanted to showcase, Phil Beattie, the winner of "The Shaky Hand Award" on his way to the Dilly's. Here's what he had to say:

All About Dodgeball

Dodgeball Games at Dillanos are becoming a classic favorite. We pick random days, usually spanning a few weeks apart, to schedule this fine event. It begins with two team captains being chosen and those two picking who they feel are best for their team. After a few picks, a "1,2,1,2" system is executed. From there we embark on a small trek to the side of one of the warehouse buildings right across from Dillanos. Then it's all up to the battle of the finest dodgeballers. Who is left standing? No one really knows, but there are some fine moments of strategy, skill, and over all good fun.
